We ship across Canada and continental USA.

Items In Stock and Ready to Ship

If an item is in stock at our warehouse, most pieces will ship within 2-4 weeks of order receipt, unless otherwise specified. We make every effort to expedite the shipping process for in-stock items. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like to inquire about the availability of a specific item.

In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup within 7 days of purchase from our Ottawa warehouse. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup. Please note that as a small local business with limited warehouse storage, we appreciate prompt pickup. Items not collected within two weeks may be resold to recover storage costs.

US Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees, and custom declarations. You will be contacted prior to delivery to complete any necessary payments. Any rejected orders due to customs and duties will be returned to our warehouse at your expense.

Damages

Natural and organic materials may have variations and imperfections. While damages in transit or manufacturing defects are rare, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed descriptions and clear photos. Inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and communicate any damage or defect within 48 hours for us to file a damage claim.
