Items In Stock and Ready to Ship

If an item is in stock at our warehouse, most pieces will ship within 2-4 weeks of order receipt, unless otherwise specified. We make every effort to expedite the shipping process for in-stock items. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like to inquire about the availability of a specific item.

Shipping in Canada

  • Delivery in Ottawa, Montreal, Kingston and surrounding areas typically takes 5-10 days.
  • Shipping to GTA and parts of Quebec generally takes 7-15 days.
  • For the rest of Canada, shipping usually takes 10-15 business days after pickup by the freight company.

Shipping to the USA

Currently, customers shipping to the USA must arrange their own shipping. We can suggest delivery companies for you to coordinate with, and your selected company will pick up the order from our warehouse. Please allow 5 days for handling and packing of orders to the USA to ensure safe arrival.

Where We Ship

We ship across Canada. For USA orders, clients are responsible for their own shipment. If shipping to a remote or rural location, additional delivery fees may apply. We will provide you with a quote after your order is placed.

Curbside Delivery

Curbside delivery is provided by a third-party freight company, allowing your order to be delivered to a main entrance, garage, or driveway.

In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup within 7 days of purchase from our Ottawa warehouse, currently available only to Ottawa and surrounding areas customers. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup. Please note that as a small local business with limited warehouse storage, we appreciate prompt pickup. Items not collected within two weeks may be resold to recover storage costs.

Delivery Cost and Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on size, shape, weight, and distance. The shipping fee will be added to your cart at checkout. 

US Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees, and custom declarations. You will be contacted prior to delivery to complete any necessary payments. Any rejected orders due to customs and duties will be returned to our warehouse at your expense.


Natural and organic materials may have variations and imperfections. While damages in transit or manufacturing defects are rare, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed descriptions and clear photos. Inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and communicate any damage or defect within 48 hours for us to file a damage claim.
