Refund Policy:

 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. We have taken all necessary precautions to attempt to avoid this but please let us know within 3 days if there are any issues. Neutral Shade does not offer refunds but under certain circumstances we may offer an exchange. Neutral Shades inventory is constantly changing and we can not guarantee an exchange of the same product. In this case a store credit will be provided minus a 15% restocking fee. Any authorized exchanges must be returned with an approved shipping provider or neutral shade can not be held liable and an exchange will not be issued. 

Pre-orders and Custom orders are 100% non-refundable. Each pre-order or custom order is hand designed or reserved specifically for you in advance.

All orders will be shipped out one day per week. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
